Well Done

The other day I was on Mandy’s blog, Blue Collar Theologian reading PQ’s 3!

“I am thankful that when I get distracted chasing leaves and other frivolous things that God redirects my path.”, Mandy Sweigart-Quinn

“It’s not lost on me that many people have come in and out of my life. What influence I’ve had or been subject to. Good or bad. How many missed opportunities? Time is short and you never know when a window will close. Am I the Ambassador I am called to be? Am I too busy doing… to seize the moment?”, Dave the Bible Student

Sunday some Scripture verses came to me. I was a bit out of it, getting ready to go to Church. I jotted them down, sort of, and saved as a draft. Been busy and sory for that password protected post yesterday. It was special instructions and Gift Codes for my Pastor to set up PocketBible. Today’s a rainy day so I’m back to those verses.

“His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.” (Matthew 25:23) King James Version (KJV)

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” — Paul (2 Timothy 4:7-8) KJV, BibleGateway.

“His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed: Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.” (Matthew 25:26-27) KJV, BibleGateway.

“And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” (Matthew 7:23) King James Version (KJV)

“According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” (2 Peter 1:3-4) KJV, BibleGateway.

“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” (Matthew 7:13-14) KJV, BibleGateway.
