Beloved,
The latest edition to my PocketBible library is the Dictionary of Bible Themes. This is a two volume topical Bible study resource. One is a topical index you can use to start a topical study. The other follows verse by verse along with your Bible, like a commentary to list topics where the verse is included. The above link has a demonstration showing a three panel layout linking and adding the Bible to the above volumes. I use a four tab formate on my tablet and a two panel multi tab formate on the MacBook. In either case each volume has a separate place where it fits into my study layout.
Topical Bible study is not new. I already had Nave’s Topical Bible for PocketBible. I also have the Thompson Chain-Reference Bible in print. I like how this resource works in my PocketBible setup. Logos uses data sets along with study guides and a powerful search feature whereby you can conduct a topical study.
If you are Laridian Bible Software customer you received an email with this offer. The offer is not only a discounted price of $14.99 but includes Lewis Sperry Chafer‘s Major Bible Themes for free. I already had a copy so have a gift code to give it to a friend. See 3/31/21 about that previous purchase.
The Advanced Feather Set for PocketBible is also on sale for half price through 3/28/22.
I use PocketBible by Laridian as a study Bible on my tablet and now have it on my MacBook. PocketBible is free but it only comes with the KJV Bible and Users Guide. Their website says, Once you register you’l get access to 40 resources. But when registered a Free account gives you access to 10 bibles & 37 other resources.
Blessings,
Dave the Bible student
