Clean Up On Isle 5…

This morning it dawned on me that the reader may not have the intended experience with regard to Hypertext. In my last post, for instance, I linked to Biblia by Faithlife. I have Logos 9 on my MacBook and an account with Faithlife. It seams that what is available to me may be different than for the reader. Using my Smartphone, I went to that post and clicked on the Hypertext. Now the phone is not logged in to WordPress so I see what anyone else would see, well almost. I write in WordPress Editor via Firefox on a Dell laptop running Linux. I was reminded that mobile sites render differently. My phone was logged into my Faithlife account so I did not satisfy my curiosity.

Speaking of intended experience… “But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.” –Genesis 50:20

While clicking on the Hypertext I found a broken link. It was just a link to a Duck Duck Go search for The Day of the Lord. I fired up that old Dell and fixed that broken link and checked the rest of them. I use to do that, as a mater of processes and still should. With regards to editing there are a lot of Flies in the Ointment. There is a lot of Housekeeping to be done through the domain; changes to be made; static pages to update. But where is the time. –Redeeming the Time

This brings to mind, the ongoing conversation, What is the purpose of this blog, this site, the domain and my life and service. ADHD brings me to maters of Stewardship, Time Management — Balance in Life — Responsibilities (personal, family, church, work, study and service) — Priorities (prayer, Bible, music, radio, email, blogs, YouTube) —Best laid plans of mice and men — Not my will but yours my lord –Not my work but yours my lord — Open The Eyes Of My Heart oh Lord — Let him who hath ears hear — May all that I say and all that I do bring honor and glory to you my Lord.

“All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the LORD weigheth the spirits.” –Proverbs 16:2

“The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.” -Ephesians 1:18-23 King James Version (KJV)

I have said, “I am not a blogger nor do I want to be one,” yet here I am. I am not a Pastor, Teacher or in full-time vocational ministry. I am not ordained and do not hold a thD from DTS.

“Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself?” –John 1:22John the Baptist

“But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness” (cf. 1 Peter 3:15)

“For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.” –Ephesians 6:20bondservant

Well, in the providence of the Lord, many Bible study seeds have been planted herein but alas it is past time to wrap.

My favorite name for myself is Dave the Bible Student. My given name is David and on WordPress I am known as Bible Student, so then I am Dave the Bible Student. In business I was Dave the PC Doc. (No, PC does not stand for Politically Correct, although I would like to Doctor that.) as I was a Computer Technician.

I am a Sinner Saved by Grace, a Christ follower, Ambassador and Bondservant.

By what authority then do I go forth? “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” –Matthew 28:19-20

I retain my amateur standing as a Blogger, Writer, Lay Teacher, Theologian and as a Bible Student. I holy trust in God, alone, for all that is necessarily for life and service! (cf. 2 Peter 1:1-21)

If I had intended a post today perhaps it would have been titled Saturday, The Sabbath or Rest and Reflection. J. Vernon McGee and Thru The Bible Use Saturday for Q&A.

The latest DTS Free Course is Exodus Activate your free course now » — I would also recommend previewing BE5505 Kingdom and Covenants. Online Courses

It is 1:30pm and once again I have managed to violate maters of Time Management, Responsibility and Best Practices.
